Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a DMV-based Regional Operations Manager to oversee a multi-site dental network across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. You will lead Practice Managers, coach teams, and drive performance through KPIs and strategic planning.

Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly, you will partner with doctors and leadership to grow efficiency and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience required).
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen—comfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management.
• Confident communicator who builds trust and inspires teams.
• Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to all assigned locations.
