Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners seeks an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple dental practices within the region and uphold top-quality patient care and staff morale. You will lead Practice Managers, drive performance, and implement scalable systems across sites.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-site dental operations, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support practices in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of multi-site dental operations experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% across Alabama and Florida panhandle.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general operations of multiple dental offices within the region.
  • Hire, coach, and oversee Practice Managers and teams to ensure consistency and high performance.
  • Develop training, planning, recruitment, and retention strategies for staff to maintain excellence and adherence to procedures.
  • Analyze financial and operating metrics and create recommendations to attain revenue and profit goals.
  • Implement and maintain best-in-class systems for procurement, inventory, vendor management, and patient experience.

Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and staff morale while implementing effective systems and processes for practice success. As part of the Guardian team, you will work towards achieving regional business objectives alongside our Operations team, significantly contributing to the success of both your region and the entire GDP network.Primary Job Responsibilities:Oversee the general operations of supported dental officesResponsible for hiring, coaching, leading, supporting, and overseeing Practice Managers and teamsDevelop training, planning, recruiting, and retention strategies for all staff to maintain excellent performance of each supported practice as well as full alignment to operating procedures and protocolsProvide and develop reports, analyze financial and operating metrics, and create recommendations/action to attain practice revenue and profit goalsImplement, administer, and maintain best-in-class systems and processes such as procurement and inventory management, vendor management, marketing review, hygiene protocols, compliance protocols, patient experience, “customer first impressions”, end-of-day protocolsPerform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.Qualifications:Must live in or close to Florida PanhandleBachelor’s degree required or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesFive (5) plus years of successful operations experience in a multi-unit or multi-state dental services business, or experience managing a large single practice (over $5 MM of revenue)Outstanding relationship-building, interpersonal, and leadership skills; high moral standardsFunctional skills in general management with an emphasis towards growth operationsAbility to interpret quantitative findings (profit and loss statements and practice management software KPIs), synthesize results, and apply learningsProject management skills; analytical/problem-solving abilities; effective verbal and written communication skills; attentiveness to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office productsAbility to create a high morale, highly effective environmentHigh comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, high-growth growth and fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentIntellectual curiosityAbility to travel 75% (Alabama and Florida panhandle) to supported practicesCompensation & Structure:Compensation: $75,000 – 80,000; Full-timeBonus opportunitiesParticipation in 401k plan with company matchCompetitive health, dental, and vision plansFLSA Status:ExemptWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
