Great Day Improvements LLC, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling market, is currently seeking a driven and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the Installation and Operations in our MIDWEST - UPPER region. The region covers the MINNESOTA, WISCONSIN, ILLINOIS & IOWA markets and will continue to grow. Great Day Improvements is a vertically integrated company that designs, manufactures, sells, and installs the Patio Enclosures sunroom and Stanek window products.
As a member of our management team, the candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the Installation/Operations of the three regional branches.
COMPENSATION:
Great Day Improvements LLC offers a competitive base salary plus bonus/variable compensation, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance options (including a company-matching HSA), vision and dental plans, a company-matching 401(k), disability insurance, vacation and holiday pay.
The Regional Operations Manager oversees projects from contract to completion, managing multiple locations with direct reports in each. Responsibilities include communication with customers, ensuring project profitability, obtaining permits, managing subcontractors, scheduling, and meeting revenue/profitability targets. They review difficult jobs, ensure quality and profitability standards, and handle customer concerns. Hiring and training of installation teams is also a key duty.
