Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 1 year experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail.
• 1 year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; or 3 years in similar roles.
• Experience forecasting staffing and analyzing performance data to meet demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and update procedures.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing feedback and development opportunities.
