Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/logistics with relevant supervisory or Walmart logistics experience.
• Open to candidates with Walmart logistics management background and related training programs.
• Experience meeting training/assessment requirements (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate and implement the business plan for area by coordinating goals, staffing, and scheduling to meet facility targets.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure associates are trained on policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Identify concerns and propose corrective actions with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, delegating duties and providing feedback and coaching.
