Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field required.
• 3 years' experience in operations/retail/distribution environment supervising and developing managers/supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and maintain procedures.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Attract, develop and retain talent; model Walmart values and foster a culture of belonging.
• Make data-driven decisions balancing customer, associate, shareholder and community needs.
