Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Aberdeen area. You will lead field operations, drive safety and service standards, and coordinate fleet activities across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong communication skills. This role requires driving, travel to branches, and proficiency with PTI tools like DriveCam and Trimble.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with PTI software such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew.

Responsibilities

• Field Management: recruit/hire at underperforming locations and analyze branch performance.
• Fleet Management: upfit vehicles, install GPS equipment, manage maintenance with vendors.
• CRM: build relationships with railroad customers and report safety issues.
• Travel: frequent travel to branches for coaching, safety meetings, and CRM visits.
