Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must live within 30 minutes of the branch location

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and performance

• Recruit, train, and retain drivers
