Job summary

Lakeshore Talent seeks a Regional Vice President — Operations for one of our clients in Denver. This role oversees ~50 locations and 200+ frontline employees, reporting to the COO, with strong field engagement and financial accountability.

You will drive regional performance, develop five District Managers, and stay connected to day-to-day field operations while partnering with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations across a broad geographic territory.
• Experience leading 200+ employees through a layered leadership structure.
• Direct experience managing and developing five or more District Managers or comparable operational leaders.
• Significant experience leading an hourly/frontline workforce.
• Financial responsibility for a multi-location portfolio, preferably $10M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong financial and business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Regional Performance: Own regional revenue, profitability, labor, staffing, customer experience, safety, and execution.
• Develop Strong Field Leaders: Lead, coach, and develop five District Managers.
• Stay Close to the Field: Spend meaningful time in the field visiting service centers and frontline teams.
• Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to address field needs.
• What Success Looks Like: Ensure regional goals are met, accountability is maintained, and operating standards are consistently applied.
• Build succession and strong leadership pipelines across the region.
