Lakeshore Talent is searching for a Regional Vice President — Operations for one of our clients in Denver.
We’re looking for a proven multi-unit operations leader who knows how to drive performance, develop field leaders, and stay close enough to the operation to understand why the numbers are moving.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for approximately 50 locations, five District Managers, and a geographically dispersed workforce of 200+ employees.
We’re looking for someone who brings an uncommon combination of grit, operational discipline, and executive-level business acumen — someone equally comfortable discussing financial performance with senior leadership and walking into a service center to work alongside frontline employees.
Drive Regional Performance
Own regional performance across revenue, profitability, labor, staffing, customer experience, safety, and operational execution.
Use location- and district-level data to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and partner with District Managers to develop and execute measurable improvement plans.
Drive growth in customer traffic, retention, revenue, and overall location performance while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
Lead, coach, and develop five experienced District Managers.
Set clear expectations, build accountability, address performance issues directly and constructively, and identify high-potential talent for future leadership opportunities.
You’ll hold leaders accountable while building trust, credibility, and strong working relationships.
This is not a desk-bound leadership role.
You’ll spend meaningful time in the field visiting service centers, conducting operational reviews, meeting with leaders, and engaging directly with frontline teams.
You’ll work alongside District Managers to understand what is happening in the operation, identify barriers, and implement practical solutions.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other corporate partners to address field needs and support sustainable growth.
Communicate regional priorities, performance trends, operational challenges, and resource needs to senior leadership while ensuring regional decisions align with broader organizational goals.
The ideal candidate has a track record of operational discipline, performance improvement, and measurable results.
The region consistently achieves its goals for sales, profitability, labor, staffing, safety, customer experience, and operational execution.
District Managers understand expectations, own their results, and continue developing as business leaders.
Performance concerns are identified early and addressed with clear, sustainable action plans.
High-potential employees are actively developed and succession pipelines become stronger.
Operating standards and customer experience expectations are consistently executed across the region.
Regional priorities and resource decisions support long-term growth and profitability.
