Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience in operations or project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day regional operations across multiple facilities and sites.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and regional inventory.
