Indie Campers in Chicago is seeking a District Manager to own the operational and financial performance across our depot group. You will translate regional priorities into district plans, coach Operations Managers, and drive revenue, profitability, fleet availability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in operations or similar high-volume settings.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and managers.
• Proven track record owning a multi-site P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own the district P&L and drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and cost performance.
• Lead and develop Operations Managers across multiple depots.
• Define district priorities based on demand, capacity, and financials.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Travel frequently to assigned locations and ensure SOPs and safety standards.
