Job summary

Great Day Improvements LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee Installation and Operations across the MID-ATLANTIC region, covering Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri markets. You will lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, drive project management via our CRM, and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in remodeling or residential construction.
• Experience in installation management within the residential home improvement industry.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Must be process oriented and able to travel up to 25 weeks per year.
• Proficiency with MS Excel; P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations management across multiple locations.
• Manage projects and installations using the in-house CRM system.
• Ensure adherence to customer satisfaction processes and quality standards.
• Monitor job profitability, budgeting, and cost control.
• Recruit, hire, and train installation teams; supervise subcontractors.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance across regions.
