Caring for Family of Companies is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to elevate performance across multiple sites, driving profitability, compliance, and scalable growth. You will standardize operations, build high-performing teams, and deliver results through disciplined execution, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong governance.

This role requires extensive travel, hands-on leadership, and collaboration with finance to optimize budgets and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations across multiple sites and driving performance.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control.
• Proven ability to build and coach high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full operational performance across multiple sites and drive KPIs, service delivery, efficiency, and accountability for results.
• Travel frequently to fill vacant roles, develop staff, and conduct internal quality assurance audits; lead industry surveys.
• Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement continuous improvements; execute growth strategies for expansion and ROI.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets, control costs, and align decisions with profitability.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, licensing, and contractual requirements while mitigating risk.
• Support audits, quality assurance, and corrective action initiatives across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Operations leaders to foster accountability and growth.
• Deliver clear reporting on KPIs, financials, and initiatives to the executive team.
