Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, security, regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees, including setting KPIs, managing performance, hiring, and succession planning.
• Ensure legal, ethical, and company standards are consistently followed across locations and job sites.
• Manage inventory, equipment, assets, budgets, personnel utilization, and operating costs.
• Coordinate site openings, closures, setups, and asset deployment.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and communicate findings.
• Manage vendors, negotiate requirements, monitor expenses, and support the development and enforcement of SOPs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product handling, storage, transportation, and related safety requirements.
