Job summary

Public Storage in Seattle is seeking a District Manager who will lead and develop a high‑performing team across multiple locations, uphold operational excellence, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will use analytics to identify trends and coordinate with operations to grow the district; relocation may be required for growth. The role includes equity grants, stock program participation, healthcare, 401(k) and a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Proven track record of top tier performance.
• Experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and retain a dedicated team of frontline employees.
• Drive the district with effective communication and coaching on customer service and sales strategies.
• Manage physical assets, vendor management and maintenance standards.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and reduce delinquency rates.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure safety and standards.
