Job summary

National Veterinary Associates is seeking a Manager of Regional Operations for the DC Metro area to support veterinary practices within the region and act as a liaison between the NVA Support Center and hospitals.

The role requires spending substantial time in the field with hospital leadership to improve processes, profitability, and to implement local growth initiatives. A bachelor’s degree and multi-site operations experience are required, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Veterinary / animal health or human health management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Multi-site Business Operations experience is required, ideally 10+ locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hospital operations and staff scheduling across the region.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership to develop and implement business strategy.
• Mentors hospital leadership, conducts performance reviews, and ensures training.
• Drives client retention and grows hospital visits within the region.
