Job summary

National Veterinary Associates is seeking a Manager of Regional Operations for the DC Metro area. You will support operations and initiatives across multiple veterinary hospitals, serving as the bridge between the Support Center and practice leadership.

Travel ~75% to onsite sites is required to optimize processes and drive growth. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in veterinary or health operations management, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
  • 5+ years of Veterinary / animal health or human health management experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
  • Multi-site Business Operations experience is required, ideally 10+ locations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports operations, initiatives, and business functions of NVA practices within the region.
  • Liaises between the NVA Support Center and veterinary practices; collaborates with hospital leadership.
  • Spends time in the field with hospital leadership and staff to improve processes and profitability.
  • Develops and implements local growth initiatives; manages cost and revenue performance.
