Job summary

NAYA is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead 20+ restaurants across the region, developing a high-performing team of Area and General Managers. You will drive guest experiences, financial results, and a culture aligned with our values.

You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, optimize systems, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, and Finance to fuel growth and people development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Strong track record of driving guest experiences and financial results.
• Experience developing leaders and teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers and General Managers to drive engagement and operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring standards, quality, and guest experience.
• Manage restaurant-level P&L to meet sales, profitability, and cost targets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that fuel growth and improve the guest experience.
