Job summary

Percepto seeks a Regional Operations Manager for Midland, TX to lead the day-to-day health, safety, and execution standards of the region. This hands-on leader will own the facility, assets, and local deployment activities, ensuring smooth workshop and field operations.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will build the new service line, staff it, price it, and scale it while balancing a mature autonomous operations business with a growing services unit in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required with a degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in operations, field operations, or facility management.
• At least 3 years directly managing highly technical teams.
• Experience with technical field operations (industrial robotics, energy, equipment).

Responsibilities

• Direct Midland technical team including delivery, field operations, and services.
• Own safety culture, 5S, and OSHA-aligned standards for the site.
• Lead field services buildout, staffing, pricing, delivery, and scale.
• Coordinate with commercial, PM, and AM teams on service scope and commitments.
• Monitor KPIs like asset utilization and delivery quality; report to Global Operations Director.
