Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Environmental Services in the Monroeton, PA area. You’ll own the regional P&L, supervise field personnel, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth with client-focused proposals.

Responsibilities include directing in-situ and ex-situ remediation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, EPA), and maintaining strict HSE standards while developing multi-site operations and strategic commercial relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent multi-site operational leadership experience.
• 7–10+ years of leadership in environmental remediation or civil contracting.
• 3–5+ years of P&L management, cost accounting, and commercial proposals.
• Proven multi-tier team leadership and regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L, budgets, and expenditures.
• Lead compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations and safety programs.
• Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and schedules across territory.
