Job summary

Star Group is seeking an Environmental Plant Manager for the Greater Pennsylvania Region to ensure bulk storage facilities comply with environmental laws and internal policies. You will lead maintenance, audits, and training to uphold safety and regulatory standards across sites.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing compliance databases, and coordinating with Environmental Directors. CDL-B HazMat and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

CDL-B Driver's License with HazMat endorsement.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an environmental professional.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of DEP, EPA, USCG, DOT OSHA and other applicable environmental health and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Time management and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Physical Plant Maintenance / Compliance: inspect, audit and maintain bulk storage locations.
Internal Compliance: track environmental compliance using databases and train staff.
Training: conduct Haz-Mat, SPCC, FRP/PREP, UST/AST and stormwater topics on-site.
Carry out other duties as assigned and support site personnel.
