Envirotest, a subsidiary of Opus Inspection, is seeking a Station Operations Manager based in Baltimore, MD. The role oversees the effective operations of six emission testing stations across the state, directing staff and ensuring policy compliance.

The position requires leadership to station managers, budget monitoring, and timely responses to customer and regulatory communications. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of multi-location management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• A minimum of three years management experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain an on-call status.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct the operation of staff of assigned stations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple inspection stations and provide leadership to station managers.
• Monitor station budgets and ensure cost effective operations.
• Respond to customer correspondence and damage claims in an efficient and timely manner.
• Represent the company in communications and meetings with state agencies.
• Conduct emission tests as needed.
