Ideal candidates have a business-related Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of multi-location management, with a valid driver's license and on-call flexibility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain an on-call status.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct the operation of staff at assigned stations.
• Manage multiple inspection stations and provide leadership to station managers.
• Monitor station budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Respond to customer correspondence and damage claims efficiently.
• Represent the company in communications with state agencies.
• Conduct quality assurance surveillance audits and recommend actions.
• Address problems raised by staff and management and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce the district’s safety program to maximize safe operations.
• Develop staff for future management growth, including hiring and training.
