Dollar Tree is seeking a Regional Director, Store Operations to lead a high-performing team of District Managers across an assigned region in Texas. You will drive store-level performance, profitability, and customer experience while upholding Dollar Tree standards.

You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, Real Estate, and Support Center teams to translate zone strategy into execution, mentor leaders, and deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at a multi-store level is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding.
• Ability to develop talent and manage cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of District Managers to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Execute zone priorities and initiatives to ensure consistent store execution.
• Coach and develop leaders, create succession plans, and collaborate with HR.
