Job summary

W3Global is seeking a results-driven Regional VP to lead a multi-location home services platform in Charlotte, NC. You will own a $200K-$250K+ regional P&L, shaping growth strategies and improving operations across a dispersed network of GMs and branch leaders.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in home services with strong financial discipline, a proven track record in revenue/EBITDA growth, and willingness to travel 50-70%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home services or related fields.
• 5+ years of P&L ownership or significant multi-unit financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large regional P&L with accountability for revenue, EBITDA, profitability, and cash flow.
• Direct multiple GMs/branch leaders and drive regional growth strategy and operational excellence.
• Oversee technician productivity, service profitability, and maintenance agreement growth.
• Lead acquisition integration from due diligence through post-acquisition performance.
