Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Regional Operations Engineering Manager to lead regional engineering teams and set manufacturing standards. You will drive data-driven improvements, develop capital project ROI analyses, and ensure readiness for new and existing products across three sites.

You will mentor teams, align capabilities with long-term growth, and champion Lean practices while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across the region.

  • Develop business cases, cost models, and ROI analyses for technology investments and capital projects.
  • Oversee development of standard work, labor models, line balancing, and capacity plans.
  • Champion Lean principles and SMED, visual management, and waste elimination.
  • Guide the use of analytics, simulation, and digital tools to improve scheduling and throughput.
  • Benchmark emerging manufacturing technologies relevant to operations.
  • Establish KPIs balancing efficiency, quality, cost, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure safety, quality, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements are integrated into processes.

The Regional Operations Engineering Manager is both a people leader and technical authority, responsible for developing talent, setting engineering standards, and driving data-driven improvements across SQDCM metrics. They ensure manufacturing readiness for new and existing products by establishing standardized processes, standardized work, and data-driven decision making.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relatedfield required.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations engineering with +5 years of people management experience leading technical teams.

Travel: Up to 25% annually, you will be traveling between our 3 sites in Wisconsin, Alabama and Indiana.

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and mentor local engineering teams across the region. Build a collaborative culture and share best practices between facilities.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align engineering capabilities with long-term business growth and production capacity needs.
  • Develop business cases, cost models, and ROI analyses to justify technology investments and capital projects for sites within region.
  • Oversee development of standard work, labor models, line balancing, and capacity plans.
  • Champion Lean principles focused on flow, setup reduction (SMED), visual management, and waste elimination in high-variability processes.
  • Guide the use of advanced analytics, simulation, and digital manufacturing tools to improve scheduling, throughput, and decision making.
  • Research, evaluate, and benchmark emerging manufacturing technologies, automation, and digital tools applicable to operations.
  • Establish and track KPIs that balance efficiency, responsiveness, quality, and cost for sites within the region
  • Ensure safety, quality, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements are fully integrated into all process designs and operational changes.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
