Mission Pet Health seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of veterinary hospitals across the mid-Atlantic region. You’ll align local teams with network strategy, optimize patient care and business performance, and coach Hospital Managers for long-term growth.
You will own P&L, recruit and develop leaders, elevate client experience, and collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to sustain a high-performing culture in Virginia, MD, and DC.
As a Regional Operations Director, you are a key leader responsible for the success and health of a diverse portfolio of veterinary hospitals. You will serve as the crucial link between local hospital teams and the broader Mission Pet Health network, empowering your teams to achieve excellence in both business performance and patient care.
Residence in Virginia/MD/DC is a must to ensure close proximity to hospitals across the region. The ideal candidate will reside within the region to maintain a strong field presence, provide consistent in-person support to hospital teams, and remain closely connected to local market dynamics.
Salary range of $165,000 to $175,000
