As a Regional Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring seamless material flow and inventory precision. You will drive operational efficiency by managing inbound logistics, resolving stock discrepancies, and maintaining rigorous documentation standards to support our high-volume distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end receiving process, ensuring all incoming shipments are verified against documentation and routed to designated storage zones.
• Proactively identify and resolve inventory exceptions, including damaged goods, mill claims, and material discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal sales and commercial teams to provide real-time updates on material availability and shipment status.
• Execute daily stock audits and laydown inspections to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Manage procurement documentation, including the processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).
• Facilitate vendor management tasks and maintain accurate safety and quality compliance records.
• Optimize warehouse throughput by monitoring inbound schedules and adjusting pick zone configurations as needed.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain coordination.
