Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Area Operations Coach to oversee all operations within an assigned wing of restaurants. This full-time exempt role reports to the Director of Operations and requires hands-on leadership to drive productivity and excellence.

You will own KPIs and financial performance, budget and forecast, and coach General Managers. Expect frequent travel within the wing and regular restaurant visits to ensure consistency and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable.
• 2–4 years of multi-unit experience in food service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of catering, food preparation and planning; basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operations within an assigned wing of Wingstop restaurants.
• Own KPIs and financial performance; drive budgeting and forecasting.
• Coach General Managers to improve performance and accountability.
• Develop staffing and succession plans; support people development.
• Visit all dayparts weekly and conduct bi-weekly GM one-on-ones; lead regular huddle calls.
