Responsibilities

• Designs and develops business plan templates, aggregating area plans into a Regional Strategic plan and performance criteria.
• Maintains budget and reporting manuals for Regional Operations to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Performs analysis to justify variances and supports cost accounting for major projects.
• Prepares reports for strategic and tactical understanding by the Regional Management Team.
• Provides assistance to Director in personnel actions.
