Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to provide expert analysis of ratemaking economics, pricing, and regulatory practices. You will lead pricing initiatives, develop tariffs, and support market strategies while guiding junior staff.

The role requires a strong background in finance, economics, and regulatory standards, with a proven ability to manage complex data, deliver testimony, and influence policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, statistics, or related fields with seven to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination
• Master’s degree in business is preferred
• Experience in ratemaking economics, pricing, and regulatory practices is required

Responsabilités

• Leads a team whose research and analysis of complex business processes and procedures result in the development of strategies that align with Company-wide goals and objectives
• Directs others in data collection, research, analysis, and interpretations of findings
• Provides utility market intelligence oversight including in-depth analysis of other utilities' pricing structures, available rate options, financial and operational metrics
• Leads the development of expert testimony regarding rate design, pricing, and unbundling to support market and regulatory strategies
• Prepares specialized analysis of company records, financial data, exhibits, and related studies for regulatory reports and tariff structures
