Mazda Motor Corporation seeks a Regional Operations Specialist to support the regional field operations team and manage dealer-facing regional administrative functions including DDO/Inventory, vehicle logistics, incentives, and Aftersales operations. The role requires collaboration with regional leadership, data analysis, and effective communication across management, field staff, and dealers.

Travel is required 1–4 times per year, with a strong emphasis on delivering timely, accurate reports

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience supporting regional field operations or dealer networks appreciated.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop region-to-dealer communications for Aftersales, Incentives, Sales Planning, or Mazda Program Generalist.
• Monitor regional initiatives and report on dealer performance and budgeting.
• Lead regional project tracking and present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage budgets and assist the manager with budget analysis.
