Job summary

General Motors seeks a Sales Support Regional Coordinator for the Western Region (Westlake Village, CA). You will support regional directors with calendars, travel, expenses, and events while maintaining financial accuracy and security across offices.

The role is hybrid, with in‑office presence at least 3 days per week and collaboration across RDs, RMBO, HR, and Finance to drive efficient regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a fast‑paced office environment; 3+ years in administrative, financial or operations support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple leaders and deadlines, high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience coordinating meetings/events (in‑person and virtual), including logistics, materials, and follow‑ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized administrative support to regional directors and staff.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Coordinate regional meetings and events, including logistics and follow‑ups.
• Oversee office workflows, supplies, shipping, and related processes.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in line with policy; monitor regional spending.
