This field-based role leads collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, and Analytics to shape programs and messaging. The position requires 8+ years in pharma marketing or related roles, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while traveling

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma marketing or related roles.
• Hem/Onc sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with KOLs and internal teams.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL and customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training.
• Represent BeOne at US conferences and meetings.
• Develop promotional speaker bureau strategy for Brukinsa/Beqalzi.
• Drive integrated commercial plans and launch readiness reviews.
• Communicate market insights and advise on strategy.
