Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an On Premise Marketing Manager to bring the national On Premise strategy to life regionally. You will lead industry and consumer marketing initiatives, expand brand reach, and create impactful experiences that drive engagement and category growth in the On Premise channel.

You will partner with regional teams to plan festivals, manage third-party events, and coach field teams to execute high-quality activations with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing in a commercial environment.
• Experience in On Premise sales, marketing, or distribution.
• Experience in live event production and experiential marketing.
• Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales and customer data).
• Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills are a must.
• Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
• Must be fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the On Premise marketing strategy at the regional level.
• Lead planning and execution of regional festivals and third-party events.
• Coach field teams to ensure high-quality account and event activations.
• Localize and implement Event strategy across markets.
• Leverage Red Bull assets to drive consumer engagement and trial.
