Job summary

You will report to the Office and Training Manager and support leadership, training coordination, transportation records, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of administrative, office coordination, or operations experience.
• Healthcare, human services, or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional office operations, facilities, supplies, and workflow.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Coordinate staff training schedules, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
• Oversee transportation documentation and regulatory readiness.
