Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; multi‑office leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with a track record of improving service quality.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvement.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviours.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Provide real‑time feedback to strengthen team execution and bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand with facilities, equipment, and hiring.
