Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, monitor performance, and drive revenue and growth while traveling between offices. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people skills and the ability to balance strategy with day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistency of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with coaching.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare for seasonal demand with office readiness.
