You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, guiding consultative service and operational excellence across locations. As a hands-on, visible leader, you’ll set expectations, monitor performance, and drive revenue while ensuring staffing, facilities, and compliance are ready for busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Coach based on observed behavior and real-time feedback.
