You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing, facilities, and compliance, and drive readiness and growth across the portfolio with strong leadership and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and reinforce strengths.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, client interactions, and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
