Regional Occupational Therapist role with Elysium Healthcare covering up to four services across the region. Role combines home working with regular site visits and travel, overseeing multiple sites with supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience completing occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Provide specialist OT advice, recommendations, and clinical guidance.
• Produce professional reports, assessments, and documentation.
• Complete risk assessments and develop protocols relating to equipment and therapeutic activities.
• Support service managers, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff with specialist occupational therapy input.
• Deliver training and education to staff teams to promote best practice.
• Recommend and advise on appropriate aids, adaptations, and physical healthcare interventions where required.
• Contribute to service development and the ongoing enhancement of occupational therapy provision.
• Manage your own workload and work autonomously across multiple services.
