Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and oversee RN Care Managers across Minnesota’s Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

The RDON ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff development. The role partners with community leaders and corporate teams to standardize care delivery, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Minnesota.
• Minimum of five years of nursing leadership experience in senior care/assisted living.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and clinical best practices.
• Experience leading multiple locations and clinical programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to RN Care Managers across the region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across communities.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and implement improvement plans.
• Lead medication management, care planning, and resident safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with Housing Directors and Operations leaders to drive performance.
