Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing Services to provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple assisted living and memory care communities in Minnesota. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing development of nursing staff.

The RDON will partner with community leadership, Housing Directors, and corporate leadership to standardize clinical systems, drive quality care, and support census growth while traveling

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of five years of nursing leadership in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Senior Housing, or related healthcare.
• Experience as Director of Nursing, Regional Clinical Leader, RN Care Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple locations, teams, or clinical programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and support to RN Care Managers across the assigned region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee clinical operations across communities.
• Develop and mentor nursing leaders; participate in onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Housing Directors and Operations leadership to support performance and resident satisfaction.
• Lead or assist with audits, surveys, plans of correction, and risk mitigation.
• Travel regularly between communities and participate in regional meetings and trainings.
