PACS is seeking a senior Nursing Administrator to provide leadership for nursing clinical programs, ensure compliance with state and federal survey regulations, and support the DON in staffing, training, and development. The role involves regional education, policy creation, and risk management oversight.

The ideal candidate will have extensive nursing leadership experience, a BSN (Master’s preferred), and familiarity with CMS/OIG processes and 5-star ratings.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 20+ years of clinical and management experience preferred.
• MDS certification or related risk management experience is a plus.
• Experience with CMS/OIG surveys, Jeopardy citations is preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, educate, and monitor clinical programs aligned with nursing standards.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal survey regulations for licensure.
• Support DON in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead regional meetings for clinical program training and DON development.
• Review and audit medical records and assist in risk analysis.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Master’s Degree in Nursing

25+ years of Clinical and Management experience

MDS certified, Legal Nurse Consultant or Risk Management experience

CMS/OIG surveys experience including Jeopardy citations
