Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Nurse Consultant / Regional Director of Clinical Operations in the United States to partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource in the pursuit of clinical excellence. The role also assists in developing clinical programming and processes that differentiate services as a provider of choice.

Key duties include conducting facility reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, preparing reports, and maintaining ongoing discussions with leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing) required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence.
• Assist in development of clinical programming and process to differentiate services.
• Conduct facility reviews to assess compliance with Federal and State regulations and company standards.
• Communicate identified problems and solutions with leadership; prepare reports as identified.
