OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Nurse Consultant / Regional Director of Clinical Operations to partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource in pursuing clinical excellence and to aid in developing clinical programming that differentiates our services as a provider of choice. Relocation to Northern New Mexico is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing).
• Regional experience preferred.
• 5 years long term care experience, required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.

Responsabilités

• Quality assurance of interdisciplinary clinical process.
• Provide relevant educational information to nursing teams for clinical decision-making.
• Design and implement learning activities and educational programs.
• Identify trends in resident care and work with facility teams on quality improvement.
• Evaluate nursing and clinical practices for compliance with Standards of Professional Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Apply leadership skills to direct others toward defined goals.
• Link resources needed to achieve goals and facilitate team collaboration.
• Assist in interviewing for Director of Nursing positions.
