Job summary
Novant Health is seeking a Vice President of Nursing and Regional Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across the Coastal Region hospitals in North Carolina. You will report to the Coastal region President and collaborate with system-level nursing leadership to align clinical strategy and standardization.

Qualifications
- Five years clinical experience, required.
- Five years leadership/administration experience, required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state where primary accountability lies, required.
- Certification in healthcare or business field highly recommended, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing practice governance and strategic planning for nursing across Novant Health.
- Ensure high-quality, safe patient care aligned with mission and values.
- Participate in executive leadership and governance bodies; develop vision/strategic plan for nursing.
- Oversee capitol and operational budgets for nursing services; allocate resources.
- Drive quality improvements, evidence-based practice, and engagement of staff.
