This leader will oversee Hospital-Based Medicine across six acute care facilities, guiding clinical strategy and operational excellence while supervising medical directors and the care teams of 80 physicians and 50 APPs.

Qualifications

• MD is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience with clinical knowledge in hospital-based medicine.
• Experience as Medical Director or Department Chair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the Hospital Based Medicine Institute in the Charlotte Region.
• Oversee six hospitals across the Charlotte Region and lead strategic plans, budgets, and policies.
• Drive growth, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in Hospital-Based Medicine initiatives.
