Job summary

Pratt Regional Medical Center is seeking a Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations, quality and workforce development across the hospital. You will partner with the President/CEO and medical leadership to advance patient‑centered care and clinical excellence.

The role requires a BSN with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of two years in progressive nursing leadership within a hospital setting. Strong regulatory and financial acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership for nursing services across the hospital.
• Plans and directs nursing operations to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
• Sets nursing standards, policies, and staffing goals.
